Well technically its a Fiord...
So the BF and I decided we couldn’t leave NZ without seeing of of the sounds… sadly Doubtful sound (although I’ve heard it’s WAY better) was out of our price range. So we booked a tour with Eco tours- got our butts on the road out of Wanaka at 645 (up at 605- NOT cool while on ‘vacation’) and made it to Te Anau (pronounced Tiah Now) for our 11am (kiwi time 1125) pick-up. Below are just some of the pictures we took- there are more but I am currently feeling too lazy to put them up. Fear not- the ones we have up are good!
Also- both BF and I received an e-mail from SWAP highlighting SWAP-bloggers and we were one of them!!! We have received national attention- haha. I imagine about 1% of the people who read that e-mail will come to our page, but if you are one of those people who are reading this now—WELCOME! NZ is great, just don’t work in Auckland, its boring! :)
